Welcome to Gifts of the Divine, an essay that makes the case for a sustainable currency---a currency based on the fundamental elements sustaining all life: clean water, soil, air, forests and biodiversity. All ancient spiritual traditions and indigenous cultures recognize these elements as sacred gifts from the Divine.

I invite you to join in a conversation on the vision of a spiritually-based sustainable currency that can be implemented locally, nationally and/or globally.

Many times while writing this little book, I wondered why others have not made the same argument before---as it seems to be so ....well, simple. Perhaps it has been overlooked exactly because of its simplicity. Or perhaps it is because NOW is the time.

I will be uploading a chapter every few days.It is very much a work in progress, so I appreciate your patience and comments. I will wrap up this web edition of Gifts of the Divine by Christmas February. At that time, you should be able to download it onto your Kindle or other e-book reader and read it all at one sitting in front of your woodstove or swinging in your hammock overlooking a warm tropical sea.
